Não tenho grande certeza, encontrei na net pelo menos três referências quanto ao dia do seu nascimento (aqui, aqui e aqui) talvez os registos de nascimento da Ucrânia de 1900 não fossem os melhores.

Mais importante que o dia certo é a obra que deixou. Houve desde Darwin poucos vultos que se destacaram na história da Biologia Evolutiva e Dobzhansky foi um dos maiores.

Fundador da teoria sintética da Evolução ele funde coerentemente a genética com a selecção natural. Amplia toda visão anterior e deixa ao mundo um legado de ciência e conhecimento.

É da sua autoria o famoso ensaio "Nothing in Biology Makes Sense Except in the Light of Evolution".

Feroz anti-criacionista foi durante toda a sua vida um teísta convicto e sempre defendeu que era ridículo pensar-se que para se ser cientista não se podia ser cristão.

Israel aparentemente vai fazer um cessar-fogo.

Na sua carta fundadora o Hamas não é só semelhante ao Nacional-socialismo alemão dos anos 30, é pior!

E ainda há quem ache que se pode dialogar quando uma das partes não aceita rever estes princípios fundadores…
